We started as independent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds, freelancing as tutors, trainers, and IT consultants. We united organically, blending our unique university cultures and contributing our individual expertise to organize successful events without corporate constraints.

We registered as a small business to structure our growth. Crucially, we preserved our culture of independence, allowing our team the flexibility to innovate freely.
